The MilCIS Conference 2023 Sponsorship & Exhibition Proposal includes the floor plan of the exhibition space.

At MilCIS there are four major levels of sponsorship (to be determined):

Platinum

$122,000

including six booths, six complimentary registrations, additional dinner tickets, one A5 advertisement in conference pocket program, and logo on all conference marketing and publications

gold.png

Gold

$69,000

including four booths, four complimentary registrations, one satchel insert, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.

silver.png

Silver

$33,000

including two booths, two complimentary registrations, one satchel insert, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.

bronze.png

Bronze

$20,000

including one booth, one complimentary registration, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.

In addition to opportunities for companies to present papers and tutorials, there are two forms of presentation that are forms of sponsorship:

Product
Brief

Expo: $5,500- $6,500
Conference: $2,500

Product Briefs provide an opportunity to present a brief on a commercial product or capability associated with military communications and information systems and network centric warfare. Product briefs are delivered during the Expo program ($5,500-$6,500) or the Conference program ($2,500) and are 50 minutes in duration.

Breakfast Product Brief

$7,500

Presentation of forty (40) minutes by your chosen company representative during breakfast session prior to the start of the Conference on the second or third day of the Conference (price includes light breakfast for Conference attendees).

Lunch Product Brief

$7,500

Presentation of forty (40) minutes by your chosen company representative during a lunch session on the second or third day of the Conference (price includes lunch for Conference attendees).

There are also opportunities to sponsor:

  1. the conference dinner

  2. the conference App

  3. conference name tags and lanyard

  4. coffee carts in the exhibition hall,

  5. lunches, and

  6. morning and afternoon teas.

Hospitality suites are also available for private meetings and presentations.
